Dental Insurance*
We are providers for Arkansas Municipal Fund,DeCare Dental, Cigna Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas,Illinois, New Mexico and Oklahoma. We process claims for almost all other insurance companies as a courtesy to our patients. Simply bring your card or claim into our office, or call to speak with our friendly insurance coordinator. We'll be happy to estimate for you what your insurance will cover and file your claim for you. Please be prepared to pay your estimated portion and any deductible at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.

*Please remember that your dental plan is a contract between you, your employer, and the dental insurance company. We are not a part of the contract and do not set the terms of coverage. All fees are due within a reasonable amount of time, usually 60 days, whether the insurance company has paid on the claim or not – assuming it does not need to be re-filed.
